All surfaces scheduled for painting will be pressure washed as needed to remove dirt and other contaminants in order to ensure better paint adhesion and durability.

Preparation

Meticulous masking/covering of items not to be painted. Followed by scraping of peeling or loose paint, sanding rough edges and rough spots. Patch holes and cracks, address rust if any. Caulk gaps and joints as needed.
